Ryu, a deaf man, has a sister dying and in desperate need of a kidney transplant. Recently laid off from his factory job, Ryu resorts to the black market. He finds some creepy people willing to find his sister the kidney she needs, if he pays them $10,000 and additionally gives one of his kidneys to them as well. When Ryu wakes up from his surgery, he finds himself naked and abandoned with fresh scars showing that the people did take his kidney. Shortly afterwards Ryu is called to his sisterÂ’s doctors office and is informed that they finally have found a kidney for his sister and will perform surgery in a week. Unfortunately, RyuÂ’s money was stolen by the people who took his kidney, and he needs to come up with $10,000 in a few days. With the help of his girlfriend, a free spirited marxist college student, they decide to kidnap the daughter of the CEO of the company that laid Ryu off. They plan to return the daughter safely after the CEO pays the ransom. Although they do get the ransom, unexpected things happened and now the CEO decides to do everything in his power to find out the kidnapperÂ’s identity and inflict his own personal vengenace.
